Establish a dedicated US-focused pod: Assembling a dedicated “pod” that unites talent from sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams can address US customer needs effectively. ?Avoid becoming a feature factory: Manoj drew an interesting comparison between Indian thalis and burgers to illustrate product strategy.?In India, customers might expect a “full course” product experience with many features (like an Indian thali), while in the US, buyers prefer specific, outcome-driven solutions (like a burger/sandwich).
