As a Project Executive, Chad has played a pivotal role in delivering over 1 million square feet of mass timber projects over the past five years. With a deep commitment to client-focused project delivery, Chad has spent decades helping workplace innovators bring their visions to life—turning bold ideas into functional, affordable, and constructable mass timber designs. His expertise was also instrumental in the construction of Google’s first mass timber building, 1265 Borregas, where he contributed across all phases of the project. During Women in Construction Week, we had the honor of hosting a tour at our 2118 Milvia Street project for Berkeley City College! This groundbreaking project is spearheaded by an exceptional all-female leadership team, showcasing the power and impact of women in the industry. Attendees got a first look at this progressive design-build initiative, which is bringing a six-story, 60,000 s.f. academic hub to life, featuring modern classrooms, dedicated faculty spaces, student services, and an incredible rooftop deck.
