LLC, and The Kretchmer Companies, gets a nod for its beautiful design by Magnusson Architecture and Planning PC and the positive impact of creating new affordable units on NYCHA land.
Xenolith Partners CT and HOPE Partnership have been busy the past few months coordinating public approvals for the former Pierson School in Clinton, CT. We're pleased to share the team is on track to start work in Fall 2025 on the historic adaptive reuse of the school along with a small new addition to create 50 units of 100% affordable housing along with a publicly-accessible senior center.

Xenolith Partners Principal Terri Belkas-Mitchell wowed the crowd last week at New York State Association for Affordable Housing (NYSAFAH)'s 25th Annual Affordable Housing Conference. Xenolith's project "The Rise" was featured on the "Fundamentals of Affordable Housing Development" panel. Thanks to Brian Loughlin, AIA APA (Magnusson Architecture and Planning PC) for moderating and to Darren Scott (HCR), Shira Gidding (True Development), Susanna Mitchell (Nixon Peabody), Emily Chen (NEF) and Matthew Schatz (TD Bank) for partnering with us to bring Passive House affordable and supportive housing to formerly incarcerated individuals and their families.
