关于我们

Established in 2018, xCures is a pioneer in healthcare data management. Our primary focus is on achieving data completeness and providing real-time data access. We gather and standardize detailed medical records from various healthcare sources, utilizing direct retrieval from US institutions, patient portals, and electronic health exchanges. The collected data is digitized, organized, and examined using Natural Language Processing to efficiently identify features, resulting in a comprehensive longitudinal patient journey that covers everything from genomics to social determinants of health. We have processed over 140 million records from thousands of different medical practices and implemented our technology for a significant number of patients. All the collected data elements are thoroughly annotated in a central Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system to ensure standardization and ongoing accuracy. Through a range of tools and products, xCures offers clinically actionable, real-time insights that support the care of patients, providers, and partners. The EU’s new AI Act is reshaping healthcare AI with a risk-based approach: high-risk applications, such as diagnostic tools, face strict compliance demands, while others, like wellbeing apps, remain low-risk and minimally regulated. This framework could serve as a reference point for the U.S., where balancing innovation with patient safety remains critical. Yet, the AI Act’s broad application risks overlooking the unique needs of healthcare, creating potential gaps in patient protection and trust. As U.S. healthcare leaders, are we ready to adopt a similar approach? Or should we demand more tailored policies to fit our healthcare landscape? In today’s healthcare landscape, patient care continuity is paramount. The ???????????????????? ???? ???????? ???????????? (??????) plays a critical role in achieving this by ensuring that crucial health data follows patients across healthcare settings. The CCR is a digital, standardized document summarizing a patient’s essential health details, including ??????????????????, ??????????????????????, ??????????????????, ???????????? ????????????????????, ?????? ???????? ??????????. A powerful feature of the CCR is its interoperability—meaning it can be accessed and understood across different systems. This capability not only enables smoother transitions between providers but also reduces the risk of medical errors and data silos that can delay or misguide treatment. A CCR ensures that a patient’s complete and up-to-date medical history is available. This is particularly vital in emergency settings and when specialists, labs, and primary care providers need to collaborate. This level of data portability helps healthcare professionals deliver better, faster care with fewer information gaps. It’s also a foundational step toward the digital transformation of healthcare, as it supports ??????????, ???????? ?????????????????????? ???????? ???????????????? through streamlined data sharing. At xCures, we support providers with solutions that prioritize clarity and accessibility of patient data, optimizing continuity of care in every patient interaction. AI regulation is evolving, yet traditional risk management alone may fall short for generative AI. ?? This tech, unpredictable by design, demands frameworks beyond risk mitigation to address true uncertainties in healthcare, digital health, and diagnostics. ?? The EU and US approaches to AI oversight reveal contrasting paths: Europe’s risk-tiered model imposes stricter controls, while the US favors adaptable, industry-driven standards. Yet, both models show gaps when outcomes are truly unknown. For healthcare providers and telehealth firms, the challenge lies in leveraging AI while safeguarding against unforeseen impacts. Artificial Intelligence is also becoming indispensable in pediatric healthcare. Across the U.S., hospitals are achieving remarkable outcomes with AI—from cutting wait times to boosting surgical efficiency by 12%. A Midwest hospital now saves 118 hours per week on patient intake, allowing staff to focus on what matters most: patient care. And at a West Coast hospital, robots have clocked over 2,500 delivery miles, freeing 1,620 hours of staff time for more critical tasks. Predictive tools are also at work. In Ohio, a machine learning model reduced patient deterioration events by 77%, and a Pennsylvania hospital improved ear infection diagnoses to 93% accuracy. Integrating AI is no longer optional—it's essential to delivering healthcare that meets tomorrow's standards. Message us if you want to know more. We have worked with many pediatric healthcare organizations and our AI-assisted Healthcare Data Platform is easy to setup and use. #DigitalHealth #HealthcareInnovation #PediatricCare #AIinHealthcareInsights See link to the article in Vizient, Inc Tech Watch in the comments below ?? ?? According to PwC’s latest report, healthcare spending is projected to surge by 8% in 2025 for group plans—the highest rate in 13 years. ?? This trend reflects rising costs in GLP-1 utilization, persistent inflation, and increased demand for behavioral health services. Inflation isn’t just a number here; it’s reshaping contract negotiations and operational strategies across providers and health plans, as they grapple with rising labor and drug expenses. Advances in GLP-1 and CNS drugs are transforming care but impacting costs. Biosimilars offer a silver lining, potentially saving up to $237 billion by 2027. As the industry doubles down on cost management, solutions in data analytics and AI are more crucial than ever. Healthcare data interoperability is a pressing need that often falls prey to information blocking—even when healthcare providers mean well. Alarmingly, 42% of hospitals report facing information blocking, with providers at the root of nearly 90% of cases. Since July 31, enforcement is in full swing. Financial penalties for hospitals range up to $2.4 million, with the median at $400,000, all linked to Medicare reimbursement. Organizations can avoid these pitfalls by refining internal policies and educating their teams on compliance. Need guidance? HHS’s frequently asked questions page provides critical clarity.
