This past Wednesday, I had the privilege of planning and attending the Xavier MHSA Networking Event in Cincinnati, Ohio. It was an incredible opportunity for Xavier MHSA and BHSA students to expand their professional networks beyond the Xavier campus. I was honored to lead this event under the mentorship of Waleed Fadayel, who has been a continuous source of guidance throughout my journey at CareStar. While planning this event, we focused on a core belief that meaningful connections fuel success. Whether you're a seasoned professional, a new healthcare administrator, or a student just starting out, networking opens doors to limitless opportunities. A special thank you to Waleed Fadayel, whose leadership as President of the Xavier MHSA Alumni Association not only spearheaded this event but also provided the sponsorship to make it happen. Your dedication is deeply appreciated! I also want to express my gratitude to Peter J. Mallow, PhD, and Elizabeth Shanklin for their contributions to the event's success. Tonight we are thankful for TriHealth. They visited campus and introduced many of their roles to all of Xavier University's students at the Xavier University Robinette Center for Innovation. Several HSA students were among the many attendees who had the opportunity to hear from Steve Mombach, Jean Griffin, Mufaddal Frosh, Kyla Jones, and others.
