One of the reasons to hire 3rd parties to do things for you is documenting that something happened. When it comes to your cyber security training, knowledge is not enough. You've got to document it. Not only are insurance rates increasing across the board, but coverage denials are more common. Grey areas are becoming more stringent. Previously you may have required cyber security training because you had to, but now you should consider the quality. Additionally, this is a great thing to take off your IT teams' plate.
