?? FHFA Update: Credit Score and Credit Reports Initiative ?? Big changes are coming in Q4 2025! FHFA will require lenders to deliver FICO 10T and VantageScore 4.0 for loans with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Plus, a bi-merge credit report (using two agencies) will become an option. ?? Here’s what to know: - VantageScore 4.0 data is available now for lenders to review. - FICO 10T data is still pending, which could affect timelines. - Bi-merge reporting will be optional but consistent if a tri-merge is initially pulled.
