X3 Performance and Physical Therapy is pleased to share the news of X3 Performance & Physical Therapy’s recently-announced partnership with Lake Nona Performance Club. LNPC, the centerpiece of the Orlando region's most comprehensive fitness and wellness community, will provide an unmatched setting for the expansion of X3’s NFL Combine and pre-Draft training initiatives and much more. The X3 and LNPC Edge Performance teams will collaborate to design and deliver programs for athletes and patients regardless of athletic pursuit or skill level—guided by our shared mission to help each individual perform at their very best. We could not be more excited for our future in this amazing community!

The NFL preseason comes to a close this weekend and some of our 160+ X3 alumni will be making plays in every game this weekend, proving that they belong on the biggest stage in sports. What a privilege?it is to work with such a remarkable group of athletes! Stay tuned!?#WeAreNEXT #X3totheNFL

Well, that was fun. . . The tradition of busy draft weekends continued for the X3 family with a record 21 selections in the 2024 NFL draft. Grateful for the opportunity to play a part in helping these remarkable athletes achieve their dreams! They have earned every ounce of their success. Our Training and Physical Therapy teams are proud to be a part of their journey as well as those of the dozens of X3 free agent signings who will be making their mark in training camps in virtually every NFL city. Special thanks to Patrick Joyner for his relentless commitment and skill in keeping the guys at their best when it mattered most and to Clear Cut Brands for their efforts to change the game around hydration for these elite athletes!

Pro Days are winding down and the NFL Draft is right around the corner! The results to date have been nothing short of phenomenal! It's a Big Week for the Big 12 Guys - These athletes have earned the success that is coming their way!
