FOSTERING EXCELLENCE AND DIVERSITY IN STEM. The Worldwide Youth in Science and Engineering WYSE LEADers program at The Grainger College of Engineering provides opportunities for undergraduate students to develop their leadership and communication skills by mentoring talented and diverse pre-college students interested in STEM. Together they explore engineering and the sciences through hands-on, minds-on activities. WYSE offers summer camps and other learning opportunities for K-12 students worldwide. Through partnerships and authentic STEM experiences, we aim to attract a greater number of talented and diverse students to careers in engineering and the sciences.
