WCDA is starting a new Lender Spotlight initiative to shine a light on the participating lenders who partner with WCDA to help individuals and families across Wyoming become homeowners. Abt Global will present the completed Statewide Strategic Housing Action Plan on?Thursday, January 9th, from 12 to 2 PM during a Zoom meeting! In this session, Abt Global will present the Statewide Strategic Housing Action Plan along with a toolkit of resources designed to help communities throughout Wyoming address issues related to housing production and preservation. The Wyoming Community Development Authority will be holding a Community Conversation for the purpose of soliciting comments on the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan. The current Allocation Plan may be viewed on the WCDA website at https://lnkd.in/dQ9EnQ3A affordable-housing/. During the conversation we will present a brief overview of HOME-ARP and have questions prepared to help lead our conversation. Please come with any questions or comments you may have for WCDA. WCDA will hold the Community Conversation on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 from 10am-12pm local time in the WCDA Board Room at 155 North Beech St., Casper, Wyoming.
