Building on the success of our BOLD and Women Own the Room initiatives, we are now launching Accelerator Circle, Wyndham's newest program designed increase access and community for diverse owners and entrepreneurs in the hospitality industry. We know that, among potential hoteliers, Black and women entrepreneurs face?more challenges to achieving success due to existing gaps in the industry. Accelerator Circle will facilitate virtual meet-ups for members to network, hear advice from experts, ask the hard questions, and get the answers these professionals need to help achieve their goals. "One of the themes that was consistent across both platforms, both Black entrepreneurs and women entrepreneurs, was the need for a networked community and the support of that community with expertise," said Galen Barrett, vice president of Strategic Franchise Initiatives.
