Michael brings a wealth of experience and passion to our culinary team. Prior to joining us, he served as Executive Sous Chef at Shadow Wood Country Club in Estero for five years. As a Certified Executive Chef (CEC) and active member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF), where he also serves on the local chapter's board, Michael is well-respected in the culinary community. Born in Brooklyn, NY, and raised in Naples, Michael's love for cooking started early, inspired by his Polish and Italian heritage. He’s been in the kitchen since the age of 14, developing his craft and honing his skills through years of dedication.
