Wyatt is pleased to welcome Emma Mansberg Weintraub to the firm as a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Service Team in Memphis. Emma will assist with a variety of practice areas, including appellate matters, commercial disputes, constitutional law, employment issues, and tort and insurance defense. She earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she graduated with Honors, served as an Articles Editor for the Emory Law Journal and the Treasurer for the Emory Civil Rights Society. Before attending law school, Emma earned her M.A. in Women’s Studies, summa cum laude, and B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama, where she was a University Fellow, Blount Scholar, and chairperson of the Blackburn Institute.

Wyatt is pleased to welcome Kelly Carty Zimmerer to the Health Care Service Team in Louisville. She will concentrate her practice in the areas of health care and related litigation. Kelly was a Summer Associate with Wyatt while earning her J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, graduating Valedictorian, where she was the Senior Articles Editor for the University of Louisville Law Review and the recipient of 13 CALI Awards. Prior to attending law school, Kelly earned her M.A. in English from the University of Louisville and her B.A. in Biology and English from Johns Hopkins University, graduating with General Honors.?
