I am beyond honored to join United States Senator Ashley Moody (R-FL) as a Senior Advisor. Senator Moody is one of the most brilliant leaders I know & I had the incredible privilege of learning from her and working alongside her for nearly 4 years while she served as Florida’s Attorney General. I am incredibly grateful to my dear friends & mentors Congressman Carlos Giménez & Congresswoman María Elvira Salazar for their trust and confidence in me throughout my time in the U.S. House of Representatives. Looking forward to continuing working with so many of you on the issues impacting our beautiful Sunshine State!☀️🌴🇺🇸

“Hispanics formed 676,000 households in 2024, accounting for 43% of all new household formations in the country.”
Hello, LinkedIn network. I am happy to share my latest Forbes article. This month, it discusses the findings of a very interesting report syndicated by the NAHREP - National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® on Hispanic #homeownership. As Hispanic consumers lead the creation of new households in America, the insights from this report impact several industries. At a time when #CMOs are concerned with a potential economic recession and limited business performance, it is important to follow where growth is coming from. I want to thank the team at NAHREP, led by Gary Acosta, for their leadership and support of this article. Onwards! https://lnkd.in/eJYQkZ87

What happens if you stop advertising? BAD THINGS. Don't do it. The evidence: 1. The chart comes from a Kantar study of a UK-based insurance firm that “went dark.” Consideration levels plummeted over the next few years. 2. Further research from the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute examined the sales performance of alcohol brands that stopped broad-reach advertising for more than a year. On average, brand sales declined immediately in the first year and every subsequent year after advertising stopped. Declines are felt harder by smaller brands. 3. Going dark is expensive when a brand wants to return to growth. ARF research has shown that it is harder and more expensive to regain lost brand equity and market share than to maintain them (even with modest investment). Are you convinced? #WARC members can see our full evidence deck: What happens if I stop advertising? Link in the comments 👇

I am heartbroken to learn of the passing of City of Miami Commissioner Manolo Reyes, a great man who cared deeply for people and community. Kindness was his middle name. He was a true civic leader who set the bar high for all to follow and a man of his word. He called me Danielita, and he never failed to dance with all the viejitas who adored him. This is a profound loss to all who knew and loved him, and our entire community. https://lnkd.in/eUREr8Kc
