Clint Baker, P.E., has been selected to serve in a developmental assignment as Chief, St. Francis Basin Civil Section. Clint has been a part of Civil Design since 2022 and has worked on levee improvements in Louisiana and Texas, Navy facilities on President’s Island, and other projects. He also brings a wealth of private-sector experience in highway design, land development, drainage design, and construction. Clint is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Tennessee and a graduate of the University of Memphis. He will start his assignment Feb. 24 and will serve in the position for up to 120 days. #memphisdistrictwinning
