Attention #WVSCPA members: On Sunday, the US Department of the Treasury announced that it will not enforce any penalties or fines related to the BOI reporting rule under the current regulatory deadlines. Additionally, no penalties or fines will be enforced against United States citizens, domestic reporting companies, or their beneficial owners once forthcoming rule changes take effect. It is important to note that the BOI rule remains in effect, and further details regarding the final rule are still pending. #accounting #BOI #CPA #beneficialownership #update
