It’s always fun to gather together and enjoy some delicious chili. This year’s cook-off was filled with amazing flavors, lots of laughs, and friendly rivalry. ?? Congrats to all our participants – you truly brought your A-game! Whether you were in the kitchen or cheering from the sidelines, everyone played a part in making this event unforgettable. ???? A Tribute to Tony Arzenti Tony Arzenti was an adored electrical designer with AE Works from 2011 until his passing in 2020. Tony's warmth, kindness, and infectious smile made a lasting impact on everyone he met. He wasn’t just a participant in our Annual Chili Cook-off—he was a champion, winning the event multiple times. Tony’s positive energy and genuine spirit left an indelible mark on our team. To honor of his memory, we have named our Annual Chili Cook-off in tribute to him, celebrating his legacy of joy, camaraderie, and good-hearted competition. ?? ? Project Completion: The ALCOSAN Environmental Compliance Facility! We’re thrilled to share some of the project photography of this cutting-edge laboratory facility, we designed to support ALCOSAN’s mission for climate resilience and to transform laboratory operations. From conception to completion, every element of the design was meticulously crafted to optimize operational efficiency and adhere to laboratory best practices. The Environmental Compliance Facility features a flexible, modular design to meet ALCOSAN’s evolving testing needs. As part of our commitment to sustainability, the building proudly showcases sustainable features such as a green roof, abundant daylighting, and highly efficient HVAC systems—truly a 3 Rivers Proud project! We're excited to share these stunning new photos and give you a closer look at this milestone achievement. Thanks to our ALCOSAN client and everyone who contributed to bringing this vision to life. ???AE Works Holiday Party Fun + Teamwork at its Best! ?? We had an amazing time at our office holiday parties last week! One of the highlights was a unique painting activity that brought out our creativity and collaboration! We were divided into teams, given a canvas with line guides, and the simple rule to stay within the lines. Beyond that, we had free rein to express ourselves however we wanted. The best part? When all the canvases were hung up together, they formed a single, cohesive picture! ?? It was amazing to see how everyone's individual styles and ideas came together to create something beautiful.
