Staff members Anne Garvey, Sheila Virgil, Kasie Merical, and Phil Bastron are in Atlanta this week for the Advancement Network Inc. (AdNet) Conference, connecting with peers from community foundations across the country. It's been a valuable opportunity to learn, share, and explore new ideas that will help strengthen our work and deepen our impact in the community. We're grateful for the chance to grow alongside such passionate and dedicated colleagues.

We're excited to celebrate with our community partners at Boston-Thurmond United as they officially open their new Outreach Center on March 18! A few of us had the chance to visit during construction and its incredible to see the transformation now complete. This adaptive reuse project has turned a once underutilized building into a vibrant community space that will serve and support the residents of the Boston-Thurmond neighborhood for years to come. We're proud to support this work and look forward to celebrating this exciting milestone!

We had a wonderful time at Forsyth Country Club connecting with our incredible network of professional advisors. From great conversations to insightful updates, we're grateful for the opportunity to come together in support of charitable giving in our community. Special thanks to Keith Norman and Scott Young of Merrill Lynch for sharing how they integrate philanthropy into client conversations, and to Andrew Zach of Fund Evaluation Group for providing valuable insights on the Foundation's investment strategy.
