TEC Award Winner 2023: Spotify At Mateo Spotify’s flagship LA campus, spanning 150,000 sq ft in the heart of the historic Arts District, is an all-in-one creative hub for music and podcast professionals. Opened in 2022, this immersive space was designed to elevate content creation for Spotify’s rapidly expanding team and visiting artists. WSDG collaborated on studio design, acoustics, and AV systems, bringing to life state-of-the-art recording studios, including Dolby Atmos capabilities, podcast suites, and performance spaces. Brazil’s iconic Mineir?o Stadium in Belo Horizonte stands tall as the country's second-largest sports arena, seating 62,160 fans. Originally built in 1965, the stadium underwent a major transformation ahead of the 2014 World Cup to meet FIFA’s technical requirements. WSDG was tasked with designing state-of-the-art acoustic and AV systems, ensuring crystal-clear sound throughout the 300,000 square meter complex. With advanced simulations, strategic speaker placements, and massive LED video walls, WSDG brought the stadium into the 21st century.
