Over the years, the Town of Merrimack, NH, has provided numerous improvements to their wastewater treatment facility (WWTF). The most recent upgrades, which reached substantial completion in July 2024, included construction services performed by Methuen Construction. The Town invites visitors to tour the WWTF during the NHWPCA’s Winter Meeting on December 6, 2024, to see the new improvements and equipment in operation. Wright-Pierce is proud to be involved in the recent upgrades to the plant and will be providing breakfast and coffee at the Winter Meeting. Recently had some opportunities to venture out of the office and see some project sites up close! Back in October I was able to attend a ‘groundbreaking’ ceremony at the Montague, MA Clean Water Facility. Last week, I attended a ribbon cutting at the North Street Pump Station in Lexington, MA where I received a crash course in pump stations from our Wright-Pierce team and the Town Engineer. I so appreciate chances to flex my amateur photography skills, see our projects in person, and continue to gain appreciation for the work we do here - it’s one thing to see it on paper and another entirely to experience it live. #TheWrightPlace
