Adorn, a first generation ground-level retail space, is designed to offer a welcoming and elevated shopping experience. Featuring elegant poured terrazzo floors, striking floor-to-ceiling millwork for retail displays, and an open-to-structure ceiling that centers around a sleek design hub, the space fosters an inviting environment where connections can thrive. In addition to the retail area, Adorn’s space includes a break room, conference room, and ample storage. i2 Construction partnered with Gensler and Cushman & Wakefield early in the project to provide expertise in constructability and pricing during the design phase, ensuring a seamless, collaborative process that brought Adorn’s vision to life.
