Mike brings a unique blend of battlefield-tested leadership and private sector innovation. He served with the elite Joint Communications Unit, providing advanced C4ISR capabilities and tactical communications in support of Joint Special Operations Command through 9 combat deployments around the world. In that role, he worked with cutting-edge technology to develop secure, scalable, and resilient systems for dynamic, high-risk environments—innovating under pressure and leading at the highest levels of performance. Following his medical retirement from the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY, Mike transitioned into the private sector where he’s focused on technology integration, product strategy, and business leadership. He’s helped organizations align emerging tech with real-world operational needs, led product development efforts, and built high-performing teams in both government and commercial sectors. His approach is rooted in practical #innovation and strategic execution—perfectly aligned with our mission to advance #saferoutcomes through modern #publicsafety tools.
