Exciting News for Our Students!
We are thrilled to announce that the Westminster Community Foundation (WCF) has generously contributed $35,000 to the Westminster Public Schools Foundation to support the transformative Ranum Reimagined project. This initiative is set to revolutionize the Iver C. Ranum High School into an innovation campus centered on Career Technical Education (CTE) and STEM programming.
This funding will serve as a challenge grant, unlocking additional resources to enhance our students' educational experience. By providing cutting-edge tools, supplies, and equipment, WCF is helping ensure that our students are well-prepared for the demands of the modern workforce.
As Executive Director Natalie Martinez stated, “Ranum Reimagined is a vision for the future where K-12, higher education, and industry work collaboratively to prepare students for a pathway to success.”
We're excited about the unique opportunities this campus will offer, allowing students to earn both their high school diploma and college credit or industry certificates in fields like advanced manufacturing, biotechnology, construction, cybersecurity, and more!
A big thank you to WCF for believing in our mission and making a meaningful impact on our community's youth! Together, we're paving the way for a brighter future.
