Kevin Westhuis, utility director for River Falls Municipal Utilities, is sharing his experience on a panel with JEA CEO Vickie Cavey and Lincoln Electric System CEO Emeka Anyanwu. The discussion is facilitated by APPA CEO Scott Corwin.

The updates follow a comprehensive succession planning initiative by the municipal joint action agency, which serves 50 public power utilities and one electric cooperative in Wisconsin, Upper Michigan, and Iowa.
