After a devastating fire at St. Joseph’s Parish in Salem, Oregon, the community rallied together with a shared mission to rebuild. Now, nearly two years later, we’re proud to take some of the first steps in restoring this beloved church and bringing it back to life. With roots dating back to 1853 and the current building standing since 1953, St. Joseph’s has long been a cornerstone of the community — and we’re honored to be part of its next chapter. #TogetherWeBuild #StJosephsParish

We’re thrilled to announce that our team in Eugene took home two awards at the 2024 NWCB Outstanding Project of the Year Awards! The Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center expansion in Medford, Oregon, received the award for Best Light-Gauge Steel Framing Over $1 Million. Additionally, Phase Two of the Hamilton Walton project—now Yasui Hall—in Eugene, Oregon was recognized as Best Interior Over $1 Million. These awards are a testament to the hard work and dedication of the teams behind these projects and we extend our deepest gratitude to them. Originally built in 1908 as the Spokane, Portland, and Seattle Railway building, this historic property has stood the test of time for over a century. It recently underwent a transformative renovation led by Chris Holbrook Construction and our Special Projects Group. Spanning 50,000 square feet, the project included updates to offices, conference rooms, kitchens, restrooms, a fitness room, and other key amenities. Renovating historic buildings presents a unique challenge: balancing the preservation of their original charm with the integration of modern features. Our Special Projects Group embraced this challenge with expertise and care, delivering a renovation that seamlessly blends historic character with contemporary functionality.
