I was recognized by Worthington Enterprises as the Employee of the Month for the month of December. It means a lot to me when a company goes out of their way to recognize the hard work and dedication of their employees and at Worthington, it is part of our philosophy. Worthington has the best culture of any company I have worked for! Thank you for the nomination, it means a lot. #Engineering #Controls

  • Worthington Enterprises is a champion of high-quality and safe pressure cylinders. Similarly, the Company has long advocated for a level playing field so all businesses can compete on their own merits. The implementation of a 25 percent tariff on steel imports, and specifically, steel product imports, is one path to achieving this desired outcome. ? Joe Hayek, president and chief executive officer, Worthington Enterprises, said, “We are encouraged by the Trump Administration’s support of American manufacturing. The recently announced tariffs on steel and aluminum-derived products, like pressure cylinders, levels the playing field for American manufacturers that have seen an onslaught of subsidized, illegally dumped and in many cases potentially unsafe products, primarily from China, enter the marketplace. ? “Worthington Enterprises has been manufacturing cylinders in the United States for more than 50 years. Our products, manufactured by American workers in locations across the Midwest, are critical to infrastructure, the safe storage and transport of energy, and to the consumers, businesses and families that rely on them. These steel product tariffs will help us maintain our global competitiveness.” ? #tariffs #steel #manufacturing
