Worthington Industries closes a chapter of its history today on the eve of the planned separation of its Steel Processing business. Worthington Enterprises and Worthington Steel begin writing new chapters tomorrow. They do so with a commitment to continue operating with the people-first Philosophy set forth by Worthington Industries Founder John H. McConnell. It seems only appropriate to commemorate the evolution of Worthington Industries – and this final social media post – with original words from Mr. Mac. Thank you to every Worthington Industries employee, customer, shareholder and supplier over the last 68 years who helped us make better possible.
