Do you work for a company that values and invests in you? Yesterday, SCHEARERS SALES & SERVICE INC (Tom Schearer) was featured by WORLDPAC at the opening ceremony for STX 2024. For the second STX event in a row, we have closed the shop down to bring our entire Team to experience this amazing event and 24 hours of training across three days (In six different classes). This also allows us to network with vendors, shop owners, service advisors, technicians, and client service representatives from all over the country (And even some other countries). In 2024, we have brought everyone’s spouses/significant others, as well! We invest in our Team because we care about them and their growth. We care about them as employees, but we also care about them as people. These people are our family! Even if they choose not to work with us forever (Although we hope that they do), the knowledge that they gain from the continuous training we provide them will stay and travel with them wherever they go. Some of the knowledge they gain through this training doesn’t even only apply to the automotive industry! I am so incredibly grateful for the knowledge I have gained throughout my training and classes and the connections I have made throughout my seven years in the automotive industry. There are so many wonderful people who I am happy to call my friends and chosen family that I have met throughout the years, and I have learned so much from them, whether it be related to the industry or life in general.
