Best selling, award winning ECE author on Emotionally intelligent leadership, managing legal risks, and translating trauma into wise compassionate practices, her podcast is “Trauma survivors walking each other home”. ???????? ???????? was Dean, Division of Continuing Education, Bank Street College, for 22 years. There, she provided and supervised professional development programs for schools and afterschool programs including the Head Start and Liberty Leads programs. Retired, Fern currently serves on six nonprofit boards. ?????????????? ???????? is a retired faculty member, director, and advisor of early childhood and childhood programs at Bank Street College of Education in NYC. She is a former early childhood teacher, staff developer, and education consultant. Michele is currently working with the Center for Emotionally Responsive Practice at Bank Street College, and she facilitates inquiry-based research projects for teachers at the Learning Through Play Preschool in the South Bronx in NYC.
