Discover how Colorado's Edgemont Ranch facility overcame environmental challenges with our WWW? BIOCOS? technology! Facing stricter regulations and contributing to watershed contamination, this former hunting cabin community needed a solution. Our hybrid-activated sludge system delivered: ?? 95%+ removal of BOD and TSS ?? Consistent compliance with tough nitrogen limits ?? Nearly 50% reduction in energy costs ?? Year-round treatment despite mountain climate challenges Read the full story at https://lnkd.in/e-Qwhi_b. #water #wastewater #wastewatertreatment #sustainability

Industrial facilities with traditional lagoon systems are facing increasingly stringent ammonia discharge requirements — particularly in cold climates. Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) technology addresses these challenges, offering the smallest footprint and lowest CapEx while delivering exceptional nitrification performance. Key benefits: ? Simple flow-through operation with no RAS management ?Seamless integration with existing infrastructure ?Perfect for upgrading traditional lagoons Our new video breaks down a complete case study of MBBR implementation at an industrial facility that achieved compliance without breaking the bank. #WastewaterTreatment #MBBR #IndustrialCompliance #WaterInnovation #Sustainability #Nitrification

When a municipal treatment plant faced sudden compliance issues after a nearby food facility closed, we discovered the culprit: cleaning chemicals containing quaternary ammonium compounds (QACs) dumped down drains had decimated their phosphorus-accumulating organisms. With phosphorus levels spiking, we deployed our WWW? ArxZyme? QAA/PAA Oxidizer bioaugmentation treatment containing QAC-resistant bacteria strains that work synergistically to break down these harmful compounds. The results? Phosphorus levels dropped below target within just one weekend. Even better, our previously installed miGRATE solution had created protective biofilm that shielded nitrifying bacteria from damage. Check out our new blog post to learn more about this application and our?bioaugmentation solutions: https://lnkd.in/eZEYFbdR #WastewaterTreatment #EnvironmentalCompliance #WaterTechnology #Bioaugmentation

The keys to a high-performing air dissolving system for your DAF include saturation efficiency, bubble size and maintenance requirements. One pump system that checks all the right technical boxes is the Nikuni pump — a regenerative turbine pump that achieves over 95% saturation efficiency for 5- to 15-micron bubbles. Learn all about this pump in our blog post: https://lnkd.in/ewQ2Gnhq #water #wastewater #wastewatertreatment #pump #engineering

Bioaugmentation is a fast-acting, cost-effective way to prevent and recover from cold weather wastewater treatment problems. But did you know that WWW? miGRATE migrating carrier technology can also help you avoid cold-induced reductions in nitrification activity? WWW? miGRATE helps protect against cold weather by: ? Creating a dense biofilm whose protected surface areas shield nitrifying bacteria from the cold. ? Increasing the total biomass capacity within a given tank volume, compensating for slower bacterial growth rates under cold conditions. Taken together, these two miGRATE advantages can provide your treatment processes with an extra measure of resilience when the?temperatures drop. Is your plant suffering from the cold? Get in touch and we can help. Learn more at: https://lnkd.in/eY6n_amX #coldweather #water #wastewater #wastewatertreatment
