World Science DAO

When a key article is mispublished, the entire science stucks. We finance science and software cleverly. In centralized world errors in scientific publication process are irreversible. If a key article is wrongly published, it may block the entire science (and thus world economy). For example, Victor Porton discovered ordered semigroup actions https://science.vporton.name/2022/09/09/why-algebraic-theory-of-general-topology-is-super-important/ but published some related research in a wrong way (i.e. with a free license and a Russian publisher). Now the entire science is stuck, and worst of all, almost nobody knows about the problem. This DAO is intended to "unstuck" fundamental (that is having no direct applications and so hard to be used for profit but potentially very useful: for example, electricity had no applications in first years after its discovery) science and improve financing of free software development, especially of underfinanced software components.
