When we say that our volunteers are changing lives, we truly mean it! Recently, the New York Times highlighted our very own volunteer, Gil Howard, at World Relief Modesto. What began as volunteering to furnish homes for refugees and driving them to appointments turned into Gil teaching over 400 Afghan women how to drive in the California Central Valley.
