Though the audience was completely different, there was one thing in common - people are now looking for more matcha, specifically, higher-quality matcha. Cuzen Matcha is an automated system that grinds and whisks matcha leaves into a cup of tea. The machine was created by Japanese founder Eijiro Tsukada and his college friend Oki Hatta to make freshly-ground matcha more accessible to people in their daily lives. The machine was designed to mimic the qualities of a traditional stone mill and bamboo whisk, and uses organic leaves from Japanese tea farmers.
