#News – Las Vegas / October 21, 2024 – Jet Aviation announced today that it has signed an agreement with World Fuel Services to offer Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) on-site in Dallas, Texas, Houston, Texas, Palm Beach, Florida, Bedford, Massachusetts, and Teterboro, New Jersey. This brings the total number of Jet Aviation FBOs in the US currently offering on-site SAF to eight. SAF will be available from January 1, 2025, in these five new locations and is in addition to existing supply at Van Nuys, California, Bozeman, Montana, and Scottsdale, Arizona. The company also intends to provide on-site SAF at its new FBO in Miami-Opa Locka, Florida, once the site is operational. World Fuel and DHL Express have announced an agreement to supply Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) to Miami International Airport. We will deliver 60 million gallons of blended SAF, of which 18 million gallons will be neat SAF (equaling approximately 227 million liters of blended SAF containing 68 million liters of neat SAF) over two years, provided by Valero. SAF will be used to offer DHL Express customers emission-reduced air transportation services via DHL GoGreenPlus, reducing life cycle greenhouse gas emissions by more than 80% on average compared to conventional jet fuel.
