? ESTA Implementation Guidance ? For the March edition of HR Hot Topics we are talking about ESTA - again - maybe we should retitle this series 'HR Reoccurring Topics'! In this month's episode Jodi spends 25 minutes (yes, it's a long one) providing viewers with an overview of the most significant changes made to Michigan's Earned Sick Time Act. These changes were signed into law ON the scheduled effective date of 2/21/25. Not ideal! However, these changes are generally positive and certainly will make compliance less painful for employers, while also providing employees with some sick time benefits.
