We've had the privilege of working with over 2150 students last month! Having graduated (all of us at BEAM) from different schools, we are connected with inspiring professors and are frequently invited to share our work and life experience through lectures, talks and various events. We love it – to be honest, we secretly harbor dreams of teaching one day – and we truly believe it is our responsibility to share the expertise of our craft with students who can use the skills to excel in this industry. BEAM is always open to connect with scholars – it's our commitment to making a positive impact and together keeping this industry thriving!

For a significant portion of our careers, we have diligently focused on our work: collaborating with clients, mentoring students, and organizing workshops and events. However, one aspect we had overlooked was networking with fellow professionals in our field. That's why the initiative by BOLD, a respected colleague from Cluj, was so refreshing. The event, which was part of Romanian Design Week, featured an open and candid discussion among designers, strategists, and art directors. We were proud to have Alexandra Cr?ciun (Senior Strategist) and David Stroe (Senior Designer) represent us. Their participation contributed to what was undoubtedly a successful and enriching experience. We hope this event signifies the beginning of a more robust and interconnected design community in Cluj. Our heartfelt thanks to BOLD for organizing and executing this event with such dedication and effort.
