We had the opportunity to furnish the new Salt Lake City Bicycle Collective building with a mix of The HON Company , National, Allsteel and Normann Copenhagen products—blending industrial style with functional, inviting workspaces. From open work areas to collaboration zones, every detail was designed to support the Collective’s mission while keeping things sleek and modern. A mix of textures, bold pops of color, and versatile furniture makes this space as dynamic as the community it serves. Although Workspace Elements is relatively new to the Salt Lake marketplace, it brings with it a long history of success. The Salt Lake operation has its roots in Richins Office. Richins Office was established in 1972 and has been in continuous operation since then. In order to meet the changing needs of our customers and the business climate several years ago Richins Office came to the conclusion that they needed to update their business model. That change came in the form of Workspace Elements as seen today. The notion of change was given great thought due to the belief that an understanding of the ever changing needs of our clients, along with a deeper understanding of the anticipated change, would lend its self to better results. Such bold leaps however have better chance of success when the fundamentals of an organization are sound and the leadership along with the team have a track record of success. With the formation of Workspace Elements this was clearly the case. As an organization and team with experience in all facets of business, a superior financial record and a long history of commitment to success in the office furniture industry, Workspace Elements is setting a standard in Utah for others to follow.
