According to PwC's "Workforce of the Future" study, the four possible "Worlds of Work" for 2030 are: The Red World This world is defined by innovation and entrepreneurialism ruling. Organizations and individuals race to give consumers what they want. Innovation outpaces regulation. Digital platforms enable those with winning ideas to have outsized reach and influence. It falls in the individualism and fragmentation quadrant. The Blue World In this world, big company capitalism rules as large organizations continue growing bigger. Individual preferences trump beliefs about social good. Companies see their size and influence as the best way to protect profit margins against competition. Like the Red World, it leans towards individualism. The Green World Here, the need for a powerful social conscience in business is paramount. Companies prioritize ethics, social responsibility and socially sustainable practices. It combines the forces of corporate integration with collectivism ideals. The Yellow World In this world, fairness, social good, and the redistribution of wealth and resources are the driving forces. Small businesses, artisans and workers find flexibility, autonomy and fulfillment working for ethical, socially-conscious organizations. It represents the collectivism and fragmentation quadrant. Which world do you think we’re headed towards ?

We hear from many individuals that they are dissatisfied with their career, and only chose it because their parents suggested it, or for social status. At the end, they’re not fulfilled and feel duped. Has this resonated with you? Share your story in the comments #careeradvice #findyourpath #breakfree
