Citi generously funded technical assistance from 20 Degrees and Capitalize Good to help grantees' assess their financial and revenue positions, and acquire tools to strengthen both. Citi Foundation’s Community Progress Makers (CPM) provides unrestricted, trust-based funding – known as Enterprise Capital – to community organizations. In this case study, we feature Working Credit , an organization that partners with individuals and communities to interrupt structural racism by providing credit building education, one-on-one counseling, and access to the products people need to thrive financially. Working Credit used the CPM funding to invest in infrastructure, increase staff, and develop impact measurement tools. In addition to the funding, Working Credit leveraged the financial technical assistance to build a financial model that revealed the full cost of service delivery.
