??Alisha Andrews-Simmons: A Community Connection We're excited to highlight the collaboration between Alisha Andrews-Simmons, founder of WorkHype, and the marketing department at Regis University Anderson College of Business and Computing. This past academic year, Alisha brought her organizational development expertise to Regis, partnering with our marketing students to conduct essential market research for her company. WorkHype focuses on restructuring workplaces to be more human-centric, and our students are helping Alisha identify her target market, understand their needs, and refine her business strategies. In a marketing class setting, our students are analyzing trends, platforms, and retention rates, as well as reviewing and aligning the language on WorkHype’s website. Alisha values the holistic education at Regis, which she believes nurtures well-rounded talent, making our students a perfect fit for her research needs.
