BRANCH MANAGER / COUNTRY MANAGER WANTED NAMIBIA REFERENECE NUMBER: 1004325BRANA This role will involve managing a team, developing business strategies, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and fostering strong client relationships within the scaffolding, rope access, and fabric maintenance industries in the industrial, marine, offshore and mining sectors. ? MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in the scaffolding, rope access, or fabric maintenance industry. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business in a foreign market. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Fluency in English and Afrikaans is essential. Experience in the industrial, marine, and mining sectors is preferred. This position may require frequent travel within Namibia and occasionally to other countries. The successful candidate will be expected to relocate to Namibia and hold a valid Namibian work permit Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards, particularly in the marine and mining industries.
