?? Great discussion with Sarah Garza, MPAff, Director of Mobility Industry Partnerships!
We were privileged to be joined at this week's Future Workforce Conference by five inspiring industry leaders—Sarah Garza, MPAff (Workforce Solutions Capital Area), Kelli Howard (Surveying and Mapping), Rachael Ferrera (Zachry Construction Corporation), Jessica Robinson, PHR, SHRM-CP (Ferrovial), Allie Perez (Texas Women in Trades)—for an examination of what it takes to build a culture that not only includes women but prioritizes their development and success. Throughout their 45-minute discussion, deftly led by Texas Women in Trades Founder Allie Perez, our esteemed panelists covered myriad important topics, from establishing a community for and encouraging engagement from women to amplifying their benefits, to reviewing national and regional initiatives to grow construction's women workforce and highlighting examples of the leadership and entrepreneurship of women already in the industry. It's a prime example of the high-level content that made up our Future Workforce Conference schedule. Follow us for more updates from the show! As always, a big thank you to our Future Workforce Conference sponsors—Bridgit, BambooHR, Eagle Point Software, On3, Skillit—for their generosity and support!
