I had the opportunity to complete this internship last summer, and it was an incredible experience to learn more about the community I grew up in while making a meaningful impact. As a DEI Intern, I worked alongside Megan Holland to create marketing materials for Workforce Development, Inc. Bridges to Built Environment initiative, which assists and supports individuals that want to start a career in the built environment. We collaborated with local partners, businesses, and entrepreneurs to achieve our goals.
