At the #FedScoopFedForum, Patrick Blair, Chief Revenue Officer at Workday, sat down with Dawn Zimmer, Acting CIO for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and Allison Horn, Global Lead for Talent Transformation at Accenture, to explore the transition to a skills-based workforce in both the public and private sectors.
