For Kylie, connecting with members is a vital part of her role, adding a sense of camaraderie to everyone's day. When asked about why collaboration and connection amongst the team and Workbox members excites her, she responded, "Connection is such an important part of owning a business, and I love that we are the common link for new, growing, and enterprise companies that are joining our network!" We also asked Kylie what her favorite aspect is about being at Workbox, and she shared, "Meeting new people and learning about their businesses! It truly is the diversity of businesses and people that keeps me inspired." Last night, we had the pleasure of hosting Brett Hart, President of United Airlines, for a fireside chat at Workbox - River North. Over the course of the evening, Brett covered everything from his career journey—from law to leadership at United—to where he expects the airline to be in the next 5 to 10 years. On the question of what advice he would give to someone stepping into a leadership position for the first time, Brett said, "Life is not a sprint. I often used to think about 'what's next'. But in retrospect, it's much more about what you can take from the process, the relationships you build, and how much you learn along the way." Today, we are excited to introduce Rob Cartwright as EVP, Chief Operating Officer for Workbox. With over 30 years of experience in corporate real estate, hospitality, and workplace innovation, Rob will oversee all aspects of the operational team, focusing on data collection and strengthening Workbox’s unique blend of flexible office space and business services. Rob has held senior roles at Fidelity Investments, CBRE’s coworking brand Hana, and WeWork, bringing with him a wealth of expertise in transforming work environments. “We are excited to add another industry veteran to the team at Workbox as we look to grow our presence nationally over the next few years,” said John Wallace, Founder and CEO. “Rob brings a diverse operational background in hospitality, real estate, and workplace innovation, which aligns perfectly with our mission of redefining the modern workplace and supporting our members.” Rob attended Cornell University & SUNY Oneonta, receiving degrees in real estate and economics.
