Follow along to meet each of our new team members, and if you’re interested in working with us in 2025, schedule an intake call through our website —— Over the last decade, Megan Moore (she/her) has built a career working with high-growth food and beverage companies on everything from fundraising for a Series A, to building and understanding their COGS, to vetting co-packers, to day-today bookkeeping and financial reporting. Megan’s professional sweet spot is the place where finance and operations meet, and financial projections, cash flow management, and financial system implementation are her specialty. While Megan’s background is mostly in start-ups, she has participated in political organizing as well as in fat-queer activism and is excited to work and learn in non-profit accounting. She believes in committed to clear, compassionate, collaborative, consistent communication with clients and is dedicated to making financial reporting accurate, digestible, and actionable.

Follow along to meet each of our new team members, and if you’re interested in working with us in 2025, schedule an intake call through our website —— Caché Owens-Velásquez, Ph.D. (they/them)?is a dynamic mixed-media storyteller, educator, community organizer, and people-first leader based on the ancestral lands of the Wabanaki, Abenaki, and Pennacook peoples (Southern Maine). For over 15 years, Caché has worked in nonprofits and community organizations to advance social justice and liberation for marginalized communities. At the heart of Caché's work is a passion for building community power through storytelling and strategy. Caché is passionate about supporting organizations and communities to mobilize resources and scale impact while centering justice and inclusivity. As a Black, queer, non-binary former teen mother, Caché’s lived experiences deeply inform their work. They are also an artist and writer, exploring themes of body, grief, play, motherhood, and radical imagination. Their recent publications include "Mad Mother Scholar" in Mad Scholar Reclaiming and Reimagining the Neurodiverse Academy (Critical Perspectives on Disability) (Syracuse University Press) and "Fat Mothers as Spell Casters" in Womanly Magazine (2024). In working with Caché, you can expect authenticity, joy, humor, and creative problem-solving.
