Work & Mother provides each suite with the essentials for successful at-work pumping. Our guests are welcomed with a reserved clean private suite stocked with breastmilk bags, nursing pads, disinfecting wipes, lanolin, and more. Suite Managers have the ability to track usage of suites and supplies as needed before arriving onsite, which in turn supports efficiency and productivity in scheduling their property rounds. Through onsite visits, we gain valuable insights into user behavior. Our Suite Managers can observe user interactions, identify any pain points and gain a deeper appreciation for the challenges our pumping moms may encounter in their daily workflows. Onsite visits also provide a valuable opportunity to witness firsthand how users interact with our products and services, enabling us to understand improvement, and building stronger relationships.
