Ready to finish the year strong? Here are our fav tips to stay on track (especially during the holidays): ? Set boundaries: Block out work time and stick to it. Even add it to your calendar so nobody can bother you. ? Prioritize tasks: Focus on what must get done before year-end—save the rest for January. Most things aren't "fires," so don't worry about delaying tasks. ? Take breaks (yes!!): Take a walk, fill up your coffee and water, or take a deep breath.
