Leadership Wooster's Large Enterprise Day offered a valuable look into some of the area's largest manufacturing and business leaders with visits to Greystone, The Wooster Brush Company, Frito-Lay, and Schaeffler. Along the way, attendees heard from industry leaders from Sayre Hospitality Group, Frito-Lay, Xcess Limited, The Commercial & Savings Bank, The Wooster Brush Company, GOJO Industries, and Schaeffler. The day concluded with an insightful session led by Rodd Welker from Eagle Advisor Group, focusing on effective strategies for handling conflict in the workplace.
