The Hills Youth and Family Services, headquartered in Duluth, Minnesota, is a multi-faceted agency that offers a continuum of care ranging from prevention services for children to residential treatment for adolescents. Our holistic programs provide services that meet the complex array of children’s needs and promote behavioral, mental and chemical health as well as physical well-being. With a century of experience, our private non-profit agency continues its mission of helping youth realize their potential by providing a safe, healthy therapeutic environment.
